About Us

National Rolloff Corporation was established in 2004 and quickly earned a reputation for reliability and professionalism. Recognizing a need for full-service demolition and hauling, the company owners founded National Deconstruction, Inc., in 2005. As the company has grown, we have expanded our equipment, tools, workforce and office staff to ensure that our customers enjoy the very best service.  Together, as National Deconstruction & Rolloff, we offer start-to-finish demolition and hauling in metropolitan DC, Maryland and Virginia.

We specialize in heavy demo, interior demo, and mechanical demo, with an emphasis on green practices. We actively participate in and are members of the ABC Maryland chapter.

Our resources include:

• a large arrangement of hand, electric tools
• heavy equipment: loader, compressor, jackhammer, manlift, scaffolding
• a workforce of 90 people: 3 superintendents, 12 foremen
• an office staff of 10: 3 estimators, 2 dispatchers, 1 accountant, 2 safety inspectors, 2 warehouse managers
